Segmented analysis on website traffic through GA. Provided via a an analysis report. AB tests conducted regularly on multiple pages across the user journey. Usually starts with a proposed hypothesis (extracted from data analysis) and ends with a report on whether the test was successfully in increasing conversions or not.
We had a direct team of 5. We had an account manager who drove the project. The team also had a project manager, a senior CRO (absolutely amazing!), and a UX designer.
