“Their attention to detail and ability to uncover things are impressive.”
Background
About Quadratec
Quadratec is an aftermarket auto parts retailer based in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Most of what it sells is for Jeeps, but the catalog covers other vehicles too.
The range goes from replacement parts and new bumpers up to lift kits. It covers nearly everything needed to outfit or repair a vehicle, and many shoppers come to change how theirs looks.
The challenge
What Quadratec needed to solve
Aftermarket auto parts is a competitive space. That’s why Quadratec’s team focuses on conversion rate.
The homepage touched 56% of the site’s converters and opened with a long list of categories. On mobile, shoppers had few ways to narrow down products.
The team needed outside help with CRO and took its time choosing it. The search started with 15 to 20 agencies. That list went to five, then to two, with Clutch reviews read along the way. It took about three months.
The solution
How Invesp approached it
The work started in July 2025. Quadratec gave Invesp access to all of its analytics tools at the start, so the team could see what it was working with and find the problem areas.
An exit poll asked shoppers why they left a product page without adding anything to the cart. Invesp surveyed first-time customers and ran jobs-to-be-done interviews. Invesp also reviewed Clarity heatmaps and recordings.
Every test idea was scored by how much of the site’s conversions its page carried. The first test went live on July 29.
“Invesp is able to incorporate their knowledge into a roadmap, communicate the roadmap and the results of the tests along that roadmap, and then adjust it accordingly based on our feedback or their observations. Essentially, they can deliver.”

Quadratec’s old testing tool contract was ending at about the same time. Invesp pointed out that FigPii, its own testing platform, makes custom code and JavaScript easier to deploy. Quadratec switched to get tests live faster.
Invesp handled CRO, development, some creative work and project management. A project manager was the main contact. At least two people worked on development and test ideas. There was also a strategy and data analytics person on the team, and one of Invesp’s co-owners was on nearly every call.
“They’ve also undertaken significant development work, some creative work, and strategic project management, essentially functioning as our in-house CRO team.”

The results
The impact
Invesp helped Quadratec improve conversions by 10% in the first 90 days.
One of the wins was on the homepage. Invesp swapped the long category list for three ways in: shop by category, by vehicle or by brand. That test lifted conversions 4.2%. By Invesp’s estimate, it brought in $115K in 18 days, with a projected $378K over a full year.
Of the first 14 experiments, 8 won, 4 lost and 2 were still running as of October 29, 2025. By Invesp’s estimate, one mobile product page test would have cost Quadratec $99K if it had shipped.
Work shipped on time and on budget. The two teams talked in Slack and shared files in Google Drive. On most days Quadratec could reach at least four people at Invesp and get an answer within an hour.
